We strive to produce the best, error-free, tribute banners and prints possible. However, from time to time, we may have overlooked or misspelled something. That is why we also rely on you in helping us make sure that your banner and prints are perfect.
NOTE: Once approval has been submitted, there is very little time, if any, to modify your order prior to production and charges occurring. Any changes including errors, requested after approval is given is your responsibility and additional charges may be incurred. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR PROOF VERY CAREFULLY AND THEN ONE MORE TIME - JUST FOR FUN!
YOU MUST PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF YOUR NAME & EMAIL & JOB NUMBER IF POSSIBLE. WITHOUT THAT INFORMATION, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO DETERMINE WHICH JOB YOUR SUBMISSION IS FOR, CAUSING DELAY OF YOUR ORDER WHICH MAY CAUSE YOUR BANNER NOT TO BE SHIPPED IN TIME FOR DISPLAY.
