They will be displayed around the Memorial Day & Veterans Day holidays.
After the display period, banners will be returned to the family or sponsor.

The program is open to active-duty military personnel and veterans residing in the Town of Haymarket or with immediate family members living in the town.
Beginning August 1, 2025
The program will be open to all residents of the Haymarket zip code 20169. Each household may submit no more than two applications. Once the maximum number of banners is reached, the application process will close for the remainder of the two-year term, and a waitlist will be started.
Space is limited to 54 banners, so ensure a spot by submitting your hero's sponsorship order today.
