At the end of the second year, banners will be returned to the sponsor. Banners will not be mailed, but there will be an opportunity to pick them up.
~ DISPLAY LOCATION ~
Banners will be displayed on the light and electrical poles throughout Middletown.

Program is limited to Middletown residents.
There is a limit of 40 banners. Deadline to order is May 1st 2024.
Banners will be stored after the display period for future displays.
Wear and tear due to weather conditions may require banner to be retired and taken down early.
