Winchester, Virginia Military Tribute Banner Program

THIS PROGRAM IS CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW SUBMISSIONS.

Honoring our residents’ beloved Veterans, Active-Duty, Reserve, and National Guard members with these beautiful military banners displayed throughout our communities. This is our way of saying "Thank You" to the brave men and women of our great United States military.

Family or Business Name Printed on Banner
~ DISPLAY PERIOD ~
New orders will have the banner displayed starting Memorial Day 2025 for 3 consecutive years.
(They will be taken down in 2028. Exact dates subject to change without notification.)
 
At the end of the third year, banners will be returned to the sponsor. Banners will not be mailed, but there will be an opportunity to pick them up.
 
~ DISPLAY LOCATION ~
Banners will be displayed on the light and electrical poles throughout Winchester.

~ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ~

Deadline to submit your sponsorship order is April 15th.

Program is limited to Winchester /Frederick County residents.

All banners purchased before 2025 will be taken down Memorial Day on the 3rd year of the original display date.

Wear and tear due to weather conditions may require banner to be retired and taken down early.
